House Info

Welcome to your  Kissimme Florida Home2U . We truly hope that you enjoy your stay in Kissimmee  As a guest in a residential neighborhood, it is your responsibility to abide by Liberty's “House Rules” which have been developed as a part of the Short-Term Rental Program. These policies provide a basic framework to help you enjoy yourself while not disturbing the residents in the homes around you. Please remember that most of your neighbors here are not on vacation, and they appreciate the peace and quiet around their homes.

1. No parties or events allowed.

2. No smoking allowed.

3. No pets.

4.  A maximum of 3  unregistered guests allowed per day, and Liberty should be notified of their identity before inviting them over. Please do not park any vehicles on the grass, and do not block any access to neighbor’s properties.

5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

6. Please respect the noise curfew. Most neighborhoods have quiet time from 9 pm to 7 am. In order to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors please tone it down after 9 pm.  Also speaking of our neighbors, while neighborhood dogs may be friendly, please don’t pet or feed any that might come around.

7. Please turn off the AC when you go out. We don’t want to end up with crazy utility bills at the end of the month, so pleasemake sure you rturn off the AC every time you go out.

8. Our check in times are after 2 p.m. and check out is before 10 am. You will have a key code that will only work to let you enter after your  check in time.

9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit, so please treat them as if it was yours. If it was left as it was when you entered, your security deposit will be refunded with joy.

10. Please do not rearrange the furniture. We don’t want to feel like we are moving in each time our cleaners come to clean after your stay, and we don’t want you to have to pay for fixing nasty scratches on our flooring.

11. Please rinse your dishes and start the dishwasher. It really helps our cleaning service fees to stay reasonable.

12. Our recycling days are Tuesday and our Trash day is Wednesday. Please take the bin to the curb the night before (unless you want to wake early). You can return them to their spot later in the day. Our Recyling bin handles cardboard boxes broken down, plastic bottles, but not glass. You can see on the lid of the recylcing bin (blue top) what to recycle.

13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Of course, this goes without saying, but we really want to avoid run-ins with the authorities

14. The garage off-limits and  is not part of your rental. Please do not attempt to open the doors into the garage.

15. There is a care-taker’s apartment adjacent to this rental. There is a locked steel door between the rental and their apartment. Please do not try to enter, and be aware that the patio and pool may possibly be shared at the same time on occasion.
